Watch this!
What color is a banana? Yellow
Now open it up. What color is the part you eat? White
Now take a bite out of it, and look into the center [...]

Later on in the day, we were talking about PSALM 139, and how God made us and knitte us together in our mother’s womb, and particularly I was describing the meaning and awe of the phrase, “He formed our inward parts.”
I [...]

I have only read the first half of this intriguing new book, hot off the Bible-upholding, God-honoring presses of Answers in Genesis and I am on my face before the LORD.
Mark and I had the privilege of seeing Ken Ham speak while at the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky in May, and once again came away [...]

We took a much needed vacation and stayed with friends who were very hospitable to all six of us Shaw’s. What a great blessing Christian fellowship is! So that was the break in our blogging pattern there. It seems we are getting more and more hits these days according to our stat counter.
Feel free to [...]

“So what’s so different about Clay Christian Fellowship’s youth program this summer?”
First of all, there is one!
“Great, but aren’t there plenty of God-honoring activities and programs and events across the nation in which youth can participate to grow in their faith?”
“Well, yes but maybe not like this one…”
At Clay Christian Fellowship we are endeavoring to do everything [...]

“Ouch Moments” are those painful moments in the Christian life when God, who is love, chastens those whom He loves as a son or daughter, and thus we are greatly comforted.

I am usually a person who starts something and tries hard to finish the task before launching into a new one, i.e. dishes, if I get started, [key word: if] then very little will stop me. Anyone else have this problem? I have often sinfully boasted to myself of this trait.
But, ah, God is changing me. [...]

I am so pleased to announce to the world that my husband, Pastor Mark Shaw, has a new book available through Focus Publishing now. It is called Strength In Numbers because it outlines the details and rationale for all personal ministry in the local church — whether formal or informal — to be done in [...]
